At Shapellx, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for easy returns and size exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
